About the Award Program
Jaguar Land Rover North America has presented the Pride of Jaguar Retailer Excellence Award annually for well over a decade, selecting a limited number of top-performing Jaguar retailers each year from its U.S. network. It doesn't recognize a fixed number each year, though: confirmed cycles have included as few as 12 and as many as 16 Jaguar retailers nationwide, each evaluated on customer advocacy, sales, and aftersales performance.
Winners are determined using Jaguar Land Rover North America's internal Balanced Retailer Scorecard, which combines sales, service, financial performance, and customer feedback into a single year-end ranking, rather than a single metric like sales volume alone.
